Nisshinbo NC4650 Boost Switching Regulators
Nisshinbo NC4650 Boost Switching Regulators utilize a CMOS process to feature an ultra-low quiescent current of 70nA. This feature is optimal for portable devices powered by button or coin batteries. It is ideal for intermittent operation applications, offering high efficiency under light load conditions and ensuring long battery life. The MODE pin of the Nisshinbo NC4650 enables low-ripple mode, providing reduced ripple and improved load transient response. The EN pin enables shutdown operations, with options such as VOUT discharge, VIN-VOUT complete disconnect, and pass-through. Selecting the optimal version according to system sleep conditions enhances system optimization.
