Nisshinbo NP8700 Quad Channel Combination Regulators
Nisshinbo NP8700 Quad Channel Combination Regulators include one wide input range buck converter, two secondary converters, and one Low Dropout (LDO) using a BCD process. These regulators are operated in anti-phase operation between Ch.1 and Ch.2/3 to reduce EMI noise. The NP8700 quad-channel combination regulators expand the choices when building a power supply block suitable for various applications. These regulators feature two types of over-current protection: hiccup/foldback and latch, which can be switched depending on the application requirements. The NP8700 quad-channel combination regulators are AEC-Q100 automotive grade 1 qualified and available in a 3.4mm x 2.6mm QFN package. Typical applications include camera modules and photoelectric sensors.
