Nisshinbo R3152N Series 42V Input Window Voltage Detectors
Nisshinbo R3152N 42V Input Window Voltage Detectors are designed to prevent system malfunctions caused by abnormal voltages. These devices are aimed at achieving functional safety with high-accuracy detection. The R3152N series monitors overvoltage and undervoltage of the output voltage from the power supply IC for a microprocessor and a sensor. The modules are available in an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 compliant option, which operates in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range with -1.25% to 0.75% detection accuracy range and 1.5% hysteresis. Nisshinbo R3152N 42V Input Window Voltage Detectors come in a low-profile SOT-23-6 package that provides high quality and reliability. Applications include control units such as electric vehicle (EV) inverters, power supply voltage monitoring, automotive general equipment, automotive accessories, and more.Features
