Renesas / Dialog DA14531 SmartBond TINY™ System-on-Chip

Renesas / Dialog DA14531 SmartBond TINY™ is an ultra-low power SoC integrating a 2.4GHz transceiver and an ARM® CortexM0+™ microcontroller. The BLUETOOTH® 5.1 System-on-Chip is ideal for low-cost mobile connectivity to power Internet of Things devices. The DA14531 SmartBond TINY microcontroller features a RAM of 48kB and a One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory of 32kB. The radio transceiver, the baseband processor, and the qualified BLUETOOTH® low-energy stack are compliant with the BLUETOOTH® Low Energy 5.1 standard. The DA14531 SmartBond TINY is suitable for disposables, wireless sensor nodes, beacons, proximity tags and trackers, smart HID devices (stylus, keyboards, mice, and trackpads), toys, and medical and industrial applications. The microcontroller is available in a 2.0mm x 1.7mm package, half the size of its predecessor.

DA14531-00000FX2 features 12 general-purpose input/output (GPIOs) in FCGQFN24 and 0.4mm ball pitch package. DA14531-00000OG2 has 6 GPIOs in WL-CSP17 and 0.5mm ball pitch package.
